All Products purchased from our site, must be installed by a licenced plumber or electrician.

Terms of Use:  Hot water Store will always protect information gathered from the customer and cardholder information.

All information collected by Hot Water Store will not be forwarded or sold to any third party, all information collected will be secured and confidential.

Customers wishing to make a claim on any warranty guarantee provided by Hot Water Store and/or any of its suppliers will be required to provide documentary evidence in support of their claim. This documentary evidence will need to be sent to Hot Water Store to enable the claim to be processed. All claims must be lodged within 30 days of the date of purchase from our website, , unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific warranty or guarantee as supplied with the particular product purchased. Hot Water Store reserves the right to vary the terms of its warranties or guarantees at any time.

We will make every effort to ensure that we accurately represent these products and their potential in various applications. We cannot guarantee your future results and/or success. The use of our products should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that our company is not liable for any success or failure in the performance of the particular product for your specific application. Transaction Currency:

All prices quoted on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders processed will also be in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Refunds and Return:

No Refunds or Cancellations on any orders placed once item has left the premises for delivery. Item can be cancelled if an item has not left for delivery.

Refunds will only be returned if your item is faulty, damaged etc. If the product arrives damaged in any way, please report the damage to Hot water store immediately following receipt of order.

Depending on the damage to the product hot water store at it’s discretion will repair or replace the order, or provide any other solutions it deems as appropriate.
